6 IKEA stores planned to open in Antalya, that kind of decision was adopted by Sweden. To date, IKEA is in Istanbul, on the European and Asian parts, Izmir, Bursa, and Ankara. IKEA plans to invest 60 million Turkish Lira for the opening of a new store in Antalya, for which all the licensing documentation has already been prepared.
Conversations about the opening of IKEA in Antalya have been around for a long time, so in 2016 Maya Holding, the franchise partner of IKEA in Turkey announced this first.
The opening of IKEA is planned in 2018.
